China Glaze L8R G8R from the OMG! collection. Amazing holo. I did have some opacity problems, I had to do 4 coats actually. But with an end result like this, I don’t care. AWESOME.

Woho! I now have the complete vintage vixen collection .DD Plus another holo. I will never complete the OMG! collection, that’s just not realistic. I wish china glaze could re-release it, and the kaleidoscope collection.

This is Zoya Ivanka, from the sparkle collection. I understand why they called it sparkle. Because they sure do sparkle! It’s a nice shade of green, in the bottle that is. I don’t know if I like it as much on. It doesn’t really match my skin tone I guess (although that doesn’t show in the pics). This is 3 coats and top coat, but when looking at the pics I took I realised that a fourth coat wouldn’t hurt. I know, it sounds much, but the coats go on really thin so it doesn’t feel “heavy”.

Yep, that’s right. My very first zoyas. The whole sparkle collection. Not that I like all the colors, but I’ve told you, Gotta catch’em all! I bought them from nailetc, my first order from them actually. It took a while for the package to get here, that’s a minus for sure, but the price is ok (on zoya at least) and shipping rate is ok too, so I’m not really complaining. Now I know where I’m going to buy my zoyas! I need more zoyas. Like the Reverie collection. And wicked. (why don’t I ever feel the urge to get a collection containing all cremes, except if it’s china glaze?)

Ok, I’m going to be brutally honest, I didn’t even try to get good pics this time. I bet you have seen both bottle pictures and swatches of these a hundred times already.

I did something drastic today. I cut my hair off .O Well, not that drastic since I’ve been thinking about it for a while. I don’t like having a lot of hair and it felt sooooo good to cut it off. I feel liberated! So, here is an awful webcam pic of me and my new haircut:

I kind of look like a 16 year old boy, but that’s cool with me ,D I like it.

Tangerine Scream. The shimmer’s not silver, it’s greenish. I promise!

What a Shock! I suspect that you know these are a lot more “in your face” and neon irl. Oh, how I wish it were easier to capture a neon on photo .(

Worth the Risque. It’s sure worth it, I tell you!

Color Club do know how to make awesome polish. I can’t wait to see more of their new collection, it looks like there could be one or many interesting polishes in it! .D But I have to confess I’m more curious about Misas new collection… that one sure looks awesome ^__^

So, more china glaze, now I’m done swatching all of my china glaze polishes! I’ve tried to color correct them a bit so if my skin color looks weird, that’s why ^^

Grape Pop. Purple creme from the up and away collection.

It’s Poppin. Pink with a very subtle shimmer/tiny glitter.

Let’s Groove. So much more awesome irl!

Outta Bounds. This one also looks a lot better irl.

Ruby Pumps. A classic!

Swatching nail polish is kind of relaxing. I’ve been very low for a while and this makes me think of something else for a moment. My next project will be to swatch all my color clubs!

Well, um, sorry for the lack of posts lately. I’ve had no inspiration, specially when I had to file my nails down to nothing. And I have started to work. 3-4 hours 3 times a week. I know, for most of you it sounds like nothing. But for me, it’s a huge thing and something I have to struggle to do. Fortunately the woman I work for is very understanding, like today when I overslept and woke up 40 minutes after I should have been there, and she said I could come tomorrow instead .D

Today I swatched my four polishes from LA Colors, enjoy!

Electric Charge. A light/medium pink creme.

Fuel. Pink with a purple/blue flash and tiiiny tiny sparse silver particles.

Fiji Purple. This one dries kind of satin. This is three coats but you could get away with two.

Radiation. Blue/green shimmer. This is four coats I think, it’s quite sheer.
