…other than thankyouthankyouthankyou! I have seen a lot of people writing about how nice and generous this community is. Now I know what they’re talking about. Sminkan has to be the nicest person on the block! She sent me 14 (yes, fourteen!!) additional polishes. Seriously, I got tears in my eyes when I opened the package. I have a very cynical view on mankind, and this made me believe that there actually still exist some wonderful people out there. I am overwhelmed by the kindness, and so very grateful <3

I’ve tried to color correct them, but some where just impossible. Oh, and I can now proudly say that my polish collection has reached 100+! .D

I know, a little late maybe. But I got these when they came out, and since I just love these (especially the red one! lollipop in my <3) I wanted to swatch them now when I have a blog to show them to. And also I kind of think the colors fit right in with all the other spring colors out there.

Sanitazion and lilac polish

I really wanted to swatch both neo whimsical and van d’go today, but I’ve been busy sanitizing (yes, not only cleaning but disinfecting as well) my apartment. Times like these I really wish I didn’t have 3 rooms. Finally done with one room I thought I would at least make a try swatching one of the polishes, and decided for neo whimsical. The sun was already going down, so the light wasn’t the best, but I think I got at least a half decent picture. The application of this one is in my opinion kind of tricky. At least when you’re in a hurry.

Volcanoes and red polish

Until now I’ve thought that this volcano-ash cloud-thingy been kind of cool. I’m not planning on taking a flight so I’ve not been negatively affected. But, and a big but (big butt heeehehe) I just realised that I a couple of days ago made a TD order, and now I don’t know when (or even if) I’m going to get it. I also have a package from strawberry on the way with some necessary skin care, how am I going to survive? I sure hope the delivery companies are working out a solution to getting packages to Sweden. I mean, there is nothing more important than that I get my beauty supply ,D

Anyhow, today I’m wearing Essies Red Nouveau (from the spring collection), and it’s gorgeous. I think I like Lollipop (from the winter collection 2009) better though.

Ok, since I thought the internet needed more nail blogs (not) I just had to start one myself. Mostly just because I like to take pictures and write about stuff. I’m not aiming for hundreds of followers, I just want to have fun! .D

I start off this blog with my latest package of polish. I got three polishes from Essies spring collection; neo whimsical, van d’go and red nouveau. I also got Essies good to go and millionails, quite pleased by the fact that I ordered this just days before TD raised the price on Essie.

Today I only post a bottle picture. But when it comes to Essie, I think that’s fine, ‘cus something about their bottle makes the polish look so… yummy. I will post swatches of them later!
